Sleeping is one of the most tracked areas in quantified self movement and there is increasing amount of apps and devices available. Teemu Arina gave a presentation how to hack while you are sleeping. Teemu also just released a free 50-page chapter about sleep in his Biohacker’s handbook project. The presentation also features Lasse Leppäkorpi from Beddit, a Finnish company which just successfully crowd funded their consumer sleep tracker device. Teemu gives a good overview to the topic and Lasse shows in practice what kind of data and visualization can be acquired from Beddit.
